FRAMEINDER I/E Aleksandrs Arsavskis (hereinafter referred to as “Frameinder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governs your use of the Frameinder.com website and your purchase of products. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. GENERAL TERMS AND ACCEPTANCE

By accessing and using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions also incorporate the terms of our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your personal data.
1.03. Eligibility
You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this Agreement.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.01. Product Information and Accuracy
We strive to ensure that product descriptions (including materials, dimensions, and the symbolic nature of the key/asset replica) are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, pricing, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
2.02. Nature of the Product
You acknowledge that Frameinder products are sold as motivational, luxury decor, or symbolic items. The products, including the “Commitment Contract,” are not legally binding financial or ownership instruments for the actual vehicles or assets depicted.
2.03. Product Customization
Where products allow for personalized text or dates, you are responsible for the accuracy of the provided information. Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
3.01. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered.
3.02. Pricing and Currency
All prices listed on the website are in EUR and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees will be added at checkout.
3.03. Payment Terms
Payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. We accept payments through Unipay
4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK
4.01. Shipping Charges and Responsibility
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
4.02. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. We are not liable for delays in shipping caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
4.03. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Frameinder pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
5.01. Right of Withdrawal (For Non-Custom Items, EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the product is not personalized (see 5.02).
5.02. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Due to the highly personalized and custom nature of our products, the right of withdrawal (cancellation/return) does NOT apply once the manufacturing process of the customized Frameinder unit has begun.
5.03. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.01. Ownership
The website, its content, the name “Frameinder,” the “Frameinder Code,” and all associated trademarks, logos, texts, and designs are the exclusive property of Frameinder Manufactory and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.02. Prohibited Use
You may not use any content, design, or intellectual property from our website without our prior written permission.
7. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.01. General Disclaimer
The materials and products on our website are provided “as is.” Frameinder makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties.
7.02. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Frameinder be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Frameinder.com.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.01. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
8.02. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to the use of the service or products shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
